This creamy smooth butter is made from fresh Jersey cream & lightly salted with Atlantic Sea Salt. This contains no additives or preservatives. This butter is delivered frozen & can be kept this way for up to a year & refrigerated for a month.  The butter is easily spreadable once defrosted & ideal for cooking & baking. Due to its high fat content, one can use 10 to 20% less butter for recipes where store bought butter was previously used. This product is suitable for someone following a carnivore or banting diet. It is also vegetarian.
