To use this food candle, make sure you have the following items:
Lighter or matches, pre-prepared hot burning charcoal, glass dome, partially cooked meat or fish, butter, bread, salt, a bowl & a wooden board. Light the candle and allow to burn for at least 5min. Spread the foods on the board & put the hot coals in a bowl next to it. Pour some tallow over the hot coals to produce smoke. Once this is done, cover everything with the glass dome, leave for about 5 to 10 minutes. You can also dip your meat or bread into the tallow. Enjoy your smoked food!
