This contains no additives or preservatives. This butter is delivered frozen & can be kept this way for up to a year & refrigerated for a month.  The butter is easily spreadable once defrosted & ideal for cooking & baking. Due to its high fat content, one can use 10 to 20% less butter for recipes where store bought butter was previously used.
